Preconditions
Sign in to SUMO

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://support.allizom.org/en-US/messages/new
  2. Add at least two users inside the To field
  3. Add data inside the Message form and send the message
  4. Click on the Excerpt link for the sent message inside the outbox page.

Expected behavior
The sent message page can be successfully accessed.

Actual behavior
500 error is returned.

Additional context
This issue is reproducible in stage.
